What shipping methods can I opt for and how long will it take?
  • Our Shipping Policy
    • Once we have received your payment and the item is in stock, we will ship out your item within 2-3 working days. If the item is not in stock, it will usually take about 5-20 working days which we will inform and update you on the status regularly. 
    Estimated time for your package to reach your address from our's: 2-3 working days depending on efficiency of Singpost. Do note that there might be delays during the festive season. You may opt for our Meet Up and Door to Door delivery for urgent orders.
  • Shipment Options
    At the moment, we offer the following shipping methods to local addresses:

    - Normal Mail: $0.50 per order
    - Registered Mail: $3 per order   [Recommended!]
    - Smartpac: Ranging from S$4.20 for delivery up to 3kg
    - Meet Ups: Only at Ang Mo Kio Ave 6 and Ave 4

    For international customers, we will discuss your international shipping rate before your transfer of payment as we will need to check with our local post office for shipping rates to your country.
  • Packaging/Shipping Materials
    • We will use high quality materials to package your orders for shipping to prevent loss of items or wear and tear.
  • Gift-Wrapping Services
    • At only $2 per item, we will wrap your item in a pretty wrap paper, together with a customized and personalized note/mini greeting card. There will be a discount given if you would like to gift wrap more than 3 items. *Do note that gift-wrapping services is only available for certain items (stationery/jewelry). Do email us to enquire.
